Ingredients Sauce BéarnaiseSauce

Maize starch, maltodextrine, lactose, yeast extract, iod. table salt, milk proteinwheat flour, whole egg powder 6% (deep litter), rapeseed oil, palm fat, table salt, flavourings (milk), spices, acid (citric acid), dried tarragon 1%, thickener (guar gum).


For 2 portions: Dissolve 2 tablespoons of powder (20 g) into 200 ml of cold milk (e.g. partly skimmed) and bring it to the boil while stirring continuously. Let it simmer for 3 min., stirring occasionally.
