Riccardo Dillier
Head of Marketing
My recipe:
Chicken wings à la Riccardo
My suggestion:
Chicken wings should be crispy and spicy. With our Rustica Chicken seasoning mix and finest Oswald oil, that’s no longer a problem for you. Mix the two ingredients together and coat the wings with the mixture before putting them on the grill, where they will get that perfect golden crust.
Where to enjoy:
I love to enjoy the chicken wings and a cold beer with friends on the balcony on a warm summer evening.

Thorsten Heintzsch
Head of Finances & IT
My recipe:
Grilled summer vegetables à la Thorsten
My suggestion:
Get that perfect vegan flavor with the «Provençale» classic seasoning herb mix. Simply grill vegetables of your choice with Oswald’s olive oil and herb mix, preferably in a cast iron pan and pair them with Oswald’s refreshing Tzatziki dip.
Where to enjoy:
A shady spot in the garden after a hike through the summer mountain meadows of beautiful Central Switzerland.

Matthias Troche
Head of Supply Chain
My recipe:
Fajitas à la Matthias
My suggestion:
Fajitas should be filled with the exotic and warm flavors of Central America. With our TexMex seasoning mix and Oswald’s finest olive oil, this works out perfectly. Mix both ingredients together, add some finely chopped garlic and a splash of lemon juice and marinate the sliced meat (chicken, pork, beef) for a few hours. Then fry everything with fresh vegetables (e.g. peppers, carrots, onions) and serve immediately with warm tortilla wraps, some cheese and sour cream. Voila! Your culinary journey to the land of the Inca and Maya has just begun.
Where to enjoy:
Fajitas are the best meal to bring the whole family together around one table; therefore I enjoy them as often as possible, preferably with a dry white wine.

Pascal Muriset
National Head of Sales CH / AT
My recipe:
Sugo à la Pascal
My suggestion:
With the help of your little ones and lots of love, this Sugo gets even better. For the Sugo you´ll need 8kg organic tomatoes, onions, garlic and fresh carrots. Peel the tomatoes and remove the seeds. Lightly braise the onions etc. in fine oil and then add the tomatoes, some sugar and tomato puree. Then season with Oswald’s Agliata, Toscana summer herbs , Vegetal Bouillon, our balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Let everything cook for at least 6 hours on a low setting. Can the Sugo and enjoy it over and over again.
Where to enjoy:
We love to enjoy Sugo together when we have family and friends over – and of course topped off with a glass of delicious red wine.
Christophe Schmidt
Managing Director
My recipe:
Salmon fillet à la Christophe
My suggestion:
Marinate MSC salmon fillets with Oswald’s finest seasoning mix for fish and Biancolilla olive oil. Let everything cook on the grill and serve with creamy herbal sauce.
Where to enjoy:
Everywhere, but preferably under an outdoor gazebo with a glass of Riesling.
